According to the world environmental protection laws and the requirements of customer, ICHIA has set up systematized management in green production that require our suppliers should also cooperate with it , to avoid the impact of harmful substances, and to ensure that products from developing phase to mass production could all comply with the spirit of green environmental protection.
Restricted Hazardous Substances Management
- According to international rules and regulations regarding chemical controlling use trends and increasingly strict control of product components and process all kinds of chemicals in use, especially for those hazardous chemicals has been listed, to ensure that each product can meet requirements by the management mechanism system. Strictly control the harmful chemicals on product or manufacturing process, limit or disable relevant harmful chemical. The finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials, outsourcing processing, packaging and auxiliary materials of ICHIA are in line with the current European Union ROHS and REACH regulation, and meet the Halogen free standards IEC 61249-2-21.

Conflict Minerals Policy
- ICHIA is committed to investigate suppliers to ensure that their kind of metal gold such as (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co) and tin (Sn) are not through the anarchist army or illegal group, by the mining of the democratic republic of Congo conflict zones or follow illegal smuggling route. In addition, the following countries exports of metal are not conform to the "no conflict rules”: DRC, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, the UN Security Council decided that these countries are Congo vein minerals). Follow the electronics industry code of conduct (EICC), and other organizations related investigation procedure, to ensure its metals procurement process conforms to the social and environmental responsibility.
Green Purchasing
- For each citizen's fulfilling responsibility ,ICHIA aggressively involve into green purchasing, require suppliers must be in accordance with the specification of "green environmental protection policy guarantee" and must following below three principles:
- a. Comply with government laws both domestically and abroad (such as RoHS, REACH or WEEE and so on) of the environmental protection product.
- b. Authenticated by the government of green products, such as acquiring environmental protection, energy conservation or saving water marks.
- c. Suppliers shall reveal the third party impartial unit test report to assure as without the use of hazardous substances when necessary.
Green Manufacturing
- ICHIA has adopted lead-free welding process since 2006, and also brought green design on product successively, process systematization, energy efficiency, material properties and sustainable reuse and non-toxic, to build up a complete system of green manufacturing.
